On Thor: Ragnarok, I contributed effects work across multiple key sequences.
In one of the opening scenes, I was responsible for fire-based effects during Thor’s combat sequence, where he resists and interacts directly with large-scale flames. The work required careful control over timing and continuity across consecutive shots to ensure the fire behavior remained cohesive and believable throughout the sequence.
Later in the film, I worked on a separate sequence featuring Hela as she shatters massive stone gates. For this scene, I handled impact effects as well as large-scale fracture simulations, focusing on physical scale, debris interaction, and maintaining consistency across shots within the destruction sequence.
Both sequences required precise coordination with lighting and compositing teams to ensure seamless integration and cinematic impact.
