For OST 7, I was responsible for the full environment creation pipeline - from defining a cohesive creative vision and building the initial prototype, through production of all visual assets, to final technical polish and optimization across all release platforms, including Meta Quest, Steam/PC, and PlayStation.
I also set up dedicated tools that enabled level designers to animate and control dynamic light shows directly within the environment, streamlining iteration and empowering the team to experiment creatively at scale.
The project required continuous technical refinement and performance optimization to meet the constraints of standalone VR hardware while maintaining visual impact.
Throughout production, I worked closely with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials for the Meta Store as well as external partners, ensuring visual consistency between in-game experience and public-facing assets.
This environment was featured in the official Beat Saber developer vlog.
